I’m in my 20’s and currently having low libido and slight ED problems during my cycle.
Currently taking 500mg DECA once a week and 100mg of Test P every other day. Also, I take Ai 0.5mg twice a week. I am currently on week 7 of my cycle. (I have HCG available, but I haven’t used it yet.)
I am also recovering from a knee injury.

It is possible your situation might be caused by the DECA.
This is a typical steroid that “can” give progesterone side effects and thus most Ai don’t help. Aromasin is the only Ai helping for this purpose.
If you want to continue with DECA, you should really consider Aromasin if you really feel like DECA is helping with the knee. But since it’s already been 7 weeks, it would take some time even with Aromasin to battle the progesterone side effects.
Because with your knee, DECA is the best option if we are talking steroids. But hGH is even better.
But when it comes to the knee, actually the Sarms MK-2866 and MK-677 would be a great option. MK-677 will increase HGH in his body and MK-2866 assists with healing / recovery. Only thing with MK-677 is the increased appetite. But if taking before bed, you won’t feel that effect with appetite as much
Continue with Test P as usual and add the Sarms MK-2866 and MK-677 instead of DECA. And if you want more size, you can add Boldenone.
And stop the Arimidex for a couple of weeks. Since your estrogen levels are for sure extremely low because I’m guessing you used Arimidex daily for 7 weeks…
Very low estrogen levels will also make your libido low as well as cause many other negative side effects.
I recommend using Ai very carefully…..depending on your estrogenic side effects. If you notice estrogenic side effects like sensitive nipples, then add the Ai for 1 – 2 weeks and then stop.
And then continue with Ai ONLY when you feel you’re getting higher estrogen in your body.
If you decide to continue with your cycle as it is, then this is how I’d recommend the HCG use:
3 weeks after your last DECA injection, take 2000iu of HCG on day 1, and then 500iu daily until it’s finished. Total of 7 days use with HCG.
Then after your HCG is finished, start with Clomid and Noladex.
Take 2 tablets daily of Clomid for 1 week. Then 1 tablet per day for 3 weeks.
Take 2 tablets daily of Nolvadex for 1 week. Then 1 tablet per day for 4 weeks.
