PCT for Steroids

PCT made simple. Explore anti-estrogens, estrogen blockers, and recovery support—guidelines below.

General PCT Advice & Guidelines:

1- Your Post Cycle Therapy is almost just as important as the steroid cycle itself.  A proper steroid PCT in Thailand will help you keep your gains longer, keep your emotions stable, and bring your testosterone / estrogen levels back to where they should be when off cycle.

2- The normal PCT cycle length is anywhere from 3 to 5 weeks depending on your length of steroid cycle…it doesn’t matter if you use injectables, oral steroids, or both.

3- Nolvadex and Clomid are mandatory for most PCT cycles.

4- Aromatase Inhibitors (AI), such as Arimidex, Aromasin, and Letrozole should only be used when necessary. But are very important to have on hand when your estrogen levels get too high.

These can also be used strategically before a fitness or bodybuilding competition. AI’s block the production of estrogen causing your body to lose water and thus be more ripped when it’s time to hit the stage, beach, or photoshoot.

5- HCG is often used if you’ve been on a long and/or heavy anabolic steroid cycle. It can be used ‘during’ your steroid cycle and also used as you enter your PCT cycle before you start with Nolvadex and Clomid. (Examples of “heavier” injectable steroids that HCG is used for: Trenbolone, Dianabol, DECA, and Boldenone.)

Example of how to use HCG during your cycle: Every 5 weeks in your steroid cycle, take HCG for one week.  (500iu each day for 7 days.)

Example of how to use HCG as a PCT: Two weeks after your last testosterone shot, take HCG every day for one week. After that, start your Nolvadex and Clomid. (If you are using a fast-acting testosterone like Test P, start your HCG two days after your last testosterone injection.)

6- A PCT is very important to maintain your libido / sex drive after all Thailand steroids cycles.
