I want to do my first steroid cycle of Testosterone E and have a question.
What is your advice for cycle length, dosage, PCT, and how to avoid rising estrogen?
I am in my mid 30’s, I weigh 88 kilos, and I’ve been lifting for years. My goals are to burn fat, gain strength, and increase muscle mass.
Here is our advice:
Cycle Length = 8 to 10 weeks
Dosage = 1ml of Test E per week…for the first 4 weeks. Then you can up it to 1.5ml or 2ml per week for the remainder of your cycle.
Avoid Rising Estrogen = Arimidex
Start taking Arimidex 2 weeks into your Testosterone cycle. Take one tablet every other day for 1 to 2 weeks. And then you can stop or continue with Arimidex until the end of your cycle. (When it comes to estrogen, some people react very strongly and get a lot of it, while others don’t.)
PCT = Nolvadex and Clomid for 3 Weeks
Nolvadex, take 2 tablets for the first week. Then 1 tablet for 2 more weeks
Clomid, take 2 tablets for the first week. Then 1 tablet for 2 more weeks
