Customer cancellation requests
A customer may request cancellation before dispatch, but the request is not effective until Thai Anabolics confirms acceptance. Once an order has been dispatched, the Returns & Refunds Policy applies.
Prices and Currency
Prices are shown in Thai baht unless another currency is clearly stated. The applicable product price is the amount shown at checkout when the order is submitted, subject to correction of an obvious error.

- Dispatch within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation
- Tracking sent after carrier acceptance
- Typical delivery to most areas within one to three days after dispatch
- Flash Express, Kerry Express or Thailand Post may be used
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Final delivery timing is controlled by the carrier after the parcel is accepted.
Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
Due to the health-sensitive nature of products intended for injection or oral consumption, voluntary returns and exchanges are not accepted after dispatch.
