Thailand Post may be used for nationwide postal delivery, including destinations better served through the postal network.

Carrier selection

Customers do not need to select a carrier during checkout. Thai Anabolics chooses the appropriate available service based on the delivery address and current carrier coverage.

Tracking Your Shipment

A tracking number is provided after the parcel has been transferred to the carrier and entered into its tracking system.

Tracking information may not appear immediately after the number is created. It can take time for the carrier’s first collection or sorting scan to be recorded.

Delivery Address Requirements

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.

The address should include:

Recipient’s full name
House, building, room or unit number
Street, soi, moo or village information
Subdistrict, district and province
Correct postal code
Working Thai telephone number

Contact Thai Anabolics immediately if an address correction is required. Changes may no longer be possible after the parcel has been transferred to the carrier.

Delayed, Undelivered or Damaged Shipments

Contact us with the order and tracking details when a shipment appears substantially delayed, is marked delivered but cannot be located, or arrives with visible external damage.

Delayed tracking

Allow time for carrier scans to update. Contact us when the shipment has shown no meaningful movement for an unusual period.

Marked as delivered

Check with household members, building reception, security staff and the carrier before reporting the parcel as missing.

Visible package damage

Photograph the unopened parcel, shipping label, external packaging and affected contents before disposing of any packaging.

International customers must contact Thai Anabolics before placing an order so that destination availability and shipping arrangements can be confirmed.

The recipient is responsible for checking applicable import requirements, local restrictions, taxes, duties and customs charges in the destination country. Please note that there is no delivery guarantee for international shipments. We are not responsible or liable for packages that are seized by customs, delayed, or lost in transit.
