TB-500 is a recovery peptide related to Thymosin Beta-4 (Tβ4), a naturally occurring peptide involved in cell migration, blood-vessel formation and tissue-repair processes. In bodybuilding and sports use, TB-500 is mainly used for muscle, tendon, ligament, joint and general recovery.

The standard TB-500 setup is 2–2.5mg twice per week. Space the injections about 3–4 days apart, such as Monday and Thursday. After the loading phase, reduce to a lower once-weekly maintenance dose.

How to Mix a 10mg TB-500 Vial
A simple setup is to add 2ml of sterile water to the 10mg vial. This gives a final concentration of 5mg/ml.
Using a U-100 insulin syringe, 100 units = 1ml.
