Medical replacement and bodybuilding use are different. Current Omnitrope prescribing information describes adult growth-hormone-deficiency dosing as individualized, with a non-weight-based starting dose of approximately 0.2mg/day (typical initial range 0.15–0.30mg/day) and adjustment according to response and IGF-1.[1]

How to Measure Omnitrope HGH With a U-100 Insulin Syringe
Each 10mg / 1.5mL Omnitrope cartridge contains approximately 30 IU in 1.5mL. That works out to approximately 20 IU per 1mL.[2]
A standard U-100 insulin syringe has 100 numbered syringe units per 1mL. For this specific Omnitrope concentration:
