Tirzepatide 10mg
Tirzepatide is a once-weekly dual-agonist peptide that works on both GLP-1 and GIP receptors. It is used for appetite control and weight loss, and it has produced some of the strongest weight-loss results seen with the current generation of GLP-1 medicines.

Start at 2.5mg once weekly and increase slowly. Stay at each dose for at least 4 weeks before moving higher. If appetite control and weight loss are already good, there is no need to rush the dose upward.

How to Mix a 10mg Tirzepatide Vial
A simple setup is to add 1ml of sterile water to the 10mg vial. This gives a final concentration of 10mg/ml.
Using a U-100 insulin syringe, 100 units = 1ml.

How Tirzepatide Works
Tirzepatide activates both GIP and GLP-1 receptors. In practical terms, the main effect clients notice is stronger appetite control, making it easier to eat less and stay consistent with a calorie deficit.
Tirzepatide is the active ingredient used in the prescription medicines Mounjaro and Zepbound.

How Much Weight Did Tirzepatide Users Lose?
In the SURMOUNT-1 trial, average weight loss after 72 weeks was:
5mg: 15.0%
10mg: 19.5%
15mg: 20.9%
The 10mg and 15mg groups produced particularly strong results, with around half or more of participants losing at least 20% of their starting bodyweight.[2]

How Tirzepatide Compares With Semaglutide
Tirzepatide targets GLP-1 + GIP, while Semaglutide mainly targets GLP-1.
In the 2025 SURMOUNT-5 head-to-head obesity trial, participants using Tirzepatide lost an average of 20.2% of bodyweight at 72 weeks compared with 13.7% for Semaglutide.[3]
That does not mean every client needs the highest Tirzepatide dose. The practical goal is still to find the lowest weekly dose that gives good appetite control and steady weight loss.
Cutting & fat loss
Using Tirzepatide During a Cutting Phase
Tirzepatide is particularly useful during a cutting phase because reducing hunger makes it much easier to stay within a calorie target for several weeks or months.
It can be used alongside anabolic steroids, HGH, SARMs, peptides and normal sports supplements. The Tirzepatide dose should still be based on appetite control and rate of weight loss rather than trying to match it to the other products in the cycle.
If 2.5mg or 5mg is already doing the job, stay there. Higher doses are mainly useful when the lower dose is no longer controlling appetite well enough.
