In practical use, the difference is small. Both are long-acting testosterone esters and both are commonly used with the same once- or twice-weekly type of schedule. Test C is simply the slightly longer-acting option.

Storage
How to Store Test C
Keep Testosterone Cypionate at normal room temperature and away from direct sunlight.
If the oil becomes cloudy or crystals appear after cold storage, allow the vial to return to room temperature. Pharmaceutical labeling notes that warming and shaking can redissolve crystals caused by cold storage.[1]
