Weeks 1–4
Sustanon + DECA + Dianabol
The first four weeks use Sustanon and DECA as the injectable base, with Dianabol at 50mg per day for a faster oral mass and strength component.
Anadrol is introduced in Week 4, creating a one-week overlap with Dianabol before the cycle moves into its second phase.
Weeks 5–12
Test E + Boldenone
From Week 5, the injectable portion changes to Testosterone Enanthate and Boldenone at 500mg per week each. Anadrol continues through Week 8, while Test E and Boldenone carry the cycle through Week 12.
This staged structure is what separates the Advanced 12 Week Bulking Stack from the shorter beginner bulking package.

Recommended PCT After the 12 Week Bulking Cycle
The Advanced PCT Package is recommended for this cycle. It contains 2 bottles of HCG, 1 bottle of Clomid and 1 bottle of Nolvadex.
