What Is DHB / 1-Testosterone?
Dihydroboldenone is 1-Testosterone, chemically described as 17β-hydroxy-5α-androst-1-en-3-one. It can also be understood as the 5α-reduced form of Boldenone.[2]
Laboratory research found that 1-Testosterone binds selectively to the androgen receptor and has potent androgenic and anabolic activity. In an animal model, an equimolar dose produced androgen-sensitive muscle and reproductive-tissue effects comparable with testosterone propionate.[1]
The important limitation: those findings are preclinical. There is no established medical indication or validated human bodybuilding dose for DHB Cypionate.

Does DHB Convert to Estrogen?
Published analytical literature describes 1-Testosterone as a 5α-reduced androgen that cannot aromatize to estrogens.[2]
That is one reason DHB is associated with leaner-looking gains and less estrogen-driven water retention than strongly aromatizing compounds. It does not mean a complete cycle is automatically free of estrogenic effects if testosterone or another aromatizing steroid is used alongside it.

That paper is useful because it confirms the exact cypionate ester exists as an injectable form of 1-Testosterone. It does not establish a human half-life, approved injection frequency or clinical bodybuilding protocol, so this page does not invent those numbers.
