Enclomiphene 25mg – 50 Tablets
Enclomiphene is an oral selective estrogen receptor modulator (SERM) used to stimulate the body’s own LH, FSH and testosterone production. It is especially relevant to men looking for post-cycle testosterone recovery or an oral approach to raising endogenous testosterone while preserving gonadotropin signalling and sperm production. Each tablet contains 25mg of Enclomiphene Citrate.

Once daily in male hypogonadism studies
For steroid PCT, Thai Anabolics’ current practical range is 12.5–25mg daily for 2–4 weeks. Published male hypogonadism studies evaluated 6.25mg, 12.5mg and 25mg once daily, with all three doses increasing testosterone and LH; 25mg is the exact strength of one tablet sold on this page.[1]
PCT use
Enclomiphene for Steroid PCT
After a suppressive steroid cycle, endogenous LH and FSH can be reduced. Enclomiphene works centrally by reducing estrogenic negative feedback, which can increase LH and FSH and stimulate the testes to produce testosterone again.[1]
Timing depends on the cycle. After short-acting compounds, PCT can begin within several days. After longer-acting testosterone esters or other long esters, the start date should follow the longest-acting suppressive compound rather than automatically beginning the day after the final injection.
Oral testosterone support
Enclomiphene for Low Testosterone
Clinical trials in men with secondary hypogonadism found that daily Enclomiphene increased total testosterone while also increasing LH and FSH rather than suppressing them.[1][2]

How it works
How Enclomiphene Raises Natural Testosterone
Enclomiphene is the trans-isomer of Clomiphene. As a SERM, it antagonizes estrogen receptors at the hypothalamic-pituitary level. This reduces estrogenic negative feedback and increases pituitary release of LH and FSH.[3]
LH stimulates Leydig cells in the testes to produce testosterone, while FSH contributes to spermatogenic signalling. This is fundamentally different from injecting or applying exogenous testosterone, which can raise serum testosterone while suppressing LH and FSH.
That ability to raise testosterone without replacing the body’s testosterone externally is the main practical reason Enclomiphene is used for both PCT and fertility-conscious testosterone support.
A major practical difference
Enclomiphene vs Testosterone Replacement Therapy
| Feature | Enclomiphene | Exogenous Testosterone |
|---|---|---|
| How testosterone increases | Stimulates endogenous production | Supplies testosterone externally |
| LH / FSH | Increase in clinical studies | Typically suppressed |
| Sperm concentration | Maintained in phase III studies | Marked reduction seen with testosterone gel |
| Format | Oral tablet | Commonly injectable or topical |
Two randomized phase III studies in overweight men with secondary hypogonadism found that Enclomiphene raised total testosterone while increasing LH and FSH and maintaining sperm concentrations in the normal range. Testosterone gel also raised testosterone but reduced gonadotropins and caused a marked reduction in spermatogenesis.[2]
This does not mean Enclomiphene guarantees fertility. The strongest trial evidence is for maintaining sperm concentration and gonadotropin signalling, not proving pregnancy or live-birth outcomes.

Enclomiphene vs Clomid
Clomid / Clomiphene Citrate contains two stereoisomers: enclomiphene and zuclomiphene. Enclomiphene is the trans-isomer sold on this page as a standalone compound.[3]
| Feature | Enclomiphene | Clomid / Clomiphene |
|---|---|---|
| Composition | Trans-isomer only | Enclomiphene + zuclomiphene |
| TA tablet strength | 25mg | 50mg |
| Milligram equivalence | Not directly interchangeable | |
A 2024 retrospective study of 66 men who had used both treatments found fewer documented adverse effects during Enclomiphene treatment and a smaller estradiol increase than during Clomiphene treatment. Because the study was retrospective and relatively small, it supports a possible tolerability advantage rather than proving Enclomiphene is universally better.[4]
For customers choosing between the two, the clearest distinction is that Enclomiphene provides the isolated trans-isomer while Clomid contains the traditional two-isomer mixture.
Current evidence
What Current Enclomiphene Research Shows
A 2026 British Society for Sexual Medicine position statement describes Enclomiphene as a promising oral option for raising testosterone while maintaining spermatogenesis, particularly where future fertility or avoidance of injectable/topical therapy matters.[5]
The same position statement also emphasizes that the evidence base remains smaller and shorter-term than for established testosterone therapies. Published dosing in male studies commonly includes 12.5mg and 25mg once daily, directly matching half-tablet and full-tablet amounts of this 25mg product.[5]
For customers using Enclomiphene for ongoing testosterone support rather than a short PCT phase, hormone response is more useful than guessing from symptoms alone. Total testosterone, LH, FSH and estradiol are among the most relevant markers to follow.
