Weeks 1–4
Dianabol + Anadrol
The first four weeks use both bulking orals together. Dianabol starts at 3 tablets per day for the first two weeks and increases to 5 tablets per day from Week 3.
Anadrol stays at 1 tablet per day through Week 4, after which it is removed from the cycle.
Weeks 5–6
Dianabol Finishes the Cycle
During the final two weeks, Dianabol continues at 5 tablets per day while Anadrol is stopped. This keeps the total oral-only cycle to six weeks.
Arimidex remains available for use every other day when needed according to the protocol above.
